Complimentary session *

I understand this is a complimentary session, and I will be able to choose 3 high-resolution, retouched images from the shoot. Additional images may be purchased if I wish, though there is absolutely NO obligation to do so. I also understand that a $250 refundable deposit is required to safeguard against no-shows or cancellations within 10 days of the shoot date.

Model Release *

I agree to sign a model release, so the images can be used for marketing and/or promotional purposes if necessary.
